Welcome to masvidatequila.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by More Life Spirits Inc. ("More Life Spirits," "we," "us," "our"), brand owner of Familia Es Más Vida®. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. Who we are
   More Life Spirits Inc. is a Delaware corporation, registered to do business in California, and the brand owner and IP holder of Familia Es Más Vida® Tequila. We license our intellectual property and provide marketing and sales support for the brand. We do not manufacture, import, wholesale, purchase, or sell alcohol. Familia Es Más Vida® Tequila is produced by Destiladora Agave Azul (San Juanito de Escobedo, Jalisco, Mexico) and imported into the United States by Mara Imports.

2. Age requirement
   This Site, and the tequila brand it promotes, is meant only for adults of legal drinking age — 21 or older in the United States, or the legal drinking age where you live, if higher. By using this Site, you're confirming you meet that requirement, and we may ask you to verify your age before granting access.
   
   

3. Using the Site
   You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes, and not to:
   Misrepresent your age or identity.
   Interfere with the Site's operation or security.
   Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content beyond ordinary personal, non-commercial use.
   Use the Site in any way that violates applicable alcohol-advertising, marketing, or consumer-protection law.
   
   

4. Our brand and content
   "Familia Es Más Vida®" and its associated logos are registered trademarks of More Life Spirits Inc. (U.S. Reg. No. 8,170,246). The text, images, and design on this Site belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission, beyond ordinary personal use like sharing a link.
   
   

5. Merch purchases
   Apparel and accessories ("Merch") sold directly through this Site are sold by More Life Spirits Inc. Checkout, payment, and order fulfillment for Merch are processed through Shopify. Prices, availability, and product details can change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, or to refuse or cancel any order — including in cases of a pricing or listing error.

Shipping. We aim to process and ship Merch orders within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by carrier and destination.

Returns & exchanges. If you're not happy with a Merch purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email contact@masvidatequila.com with your order number. Once approved, you're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Any items marked "final sale" at checkout are not eligible for return.

6. Buying our tequila
   More Life Spirits Inc. does not sell or ship tequila directly through this Site. Our Find In Store and Buy Now pages point you to independent retailers who carry Familia Es Más Vida® — including retail stores, bars and restaurants, Total Wine & More, and select online retail partners. Any purchase you make through one of those retailers is a transaction between you and that retailer, governed by their own terms, pricing, and policies, not these Terms. We're not responsible for the availability, pricing, age-verification practices, or fulfillment of products sold by third-party retailers.
   
   

7. Third-party links
   This Site may link to third-party websites — retailers, social media, and similar — that we don't own or control. We're not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
   
   

8. Please drink responsibly
   Familia Es Más Vida® is meant to be enjoyed responsibly, as part of real moments with real people. Nothing on this Site should be read as a health, medical, or wellness claim about alcohol. Never drink and drive, and never serve or provide alcohol to anyone under the legal drinking age.
   
   

9. Disclaimer of warranties
   The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.
   
   

10. Limitation of liability
    To the fullest extent the law allows, More Life Spirits Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any third-party retailer linked from it.
    
    

11. Governing law
    These Terms, and any dispute arising from your use of the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles — except that matters relating to More Life Spirits Inc.'s internal corporate governance (such as the rights and duties of officers, directors, and shareholders) are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, its state of incorporation.
