This Privacy Policy explains how More Life Spirits Inc. ("More Life Spirits," "we," "us," or "our"), the brand owner of Familia Es Más Vida®, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit masvidatequila.com (the "Site"), join our mailing list, or purchase merchandise directly from us.

More Life Spirits Inc. is a brand owner and IP holder only. We license our intellectual property and provide marketing support for Familia Es Más Vida® Tequila; we do not manufacture, import, distribute, or sell alcohol ourselves. The tequila is produced by Destiladora Agave Azul and imported into the United States by Mara Imports. Any bottle purchase you make — in a store, at a bar or restaurant, at Total Wine & More, or through a link on our Buy Now page — is a transaction with that retailer, not with us.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to visitors of the Site, subscribers to our "Join Our Familia" email list, and anyone who purchases Merch directly through the Site.

2. Age requirement

Familia Es Más Vida® is a tequila brand, so you must be 21 or older (or the legal drinking age where you live, if higher) to use this Site. We ask you to confirm your date of birth before you can enter, and we store that confirmation as a record that we verified your age, as required for compliance with alcohol-marketing rules that apply to this Site.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address when you join our mailing list; your name, shipping address, and payment details when you buy Merch; anything you send us directly, such as through a contact form or social media message.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and similar usage data, through cookies and similar technology, described in Section 5 below.

Your date-of-birth confirmation at the age gate, which we store as a record that you met our age requirement.

4. How we use your information

To send the Más Vida Minute and occasional promotional emails, if you've opted in.

To process, ship, and support Merch orders.

To operate, secure, and improve the Site.

To meet age-verification and other legal requirements that apply to alcohol-brand marketing.

We never use your information to make health, medical, or wellness claims about our product, and we never sell tequila to you directly through this Site.

5. Cookies and analytics

This Site is built on Framer and uses Framer Analytics, a built-in feature that automatically collects aggregate site metrics — like page views, traffic sources, and form submissions — for every published Framer site. When you buy Merch, checkout runs through Shopify, which sets its own functional cookies (to run your cart and checkout) and analytics cookies (to track landing pages and referrals). 6. How we share your information

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the Site and mailing list — for example, Mailchimp for email marketing, and Shopify for Merch checkout, payment processing, and shipping. When you buy Merch, Shopify collects and processes your payment and shipping details on our behalf, subject to Shopify's own privacy practices (see shopify.com/legal/privacy). We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Links to other websites

Our Find In Store and Buy Now pages link to independent retailers — including Total Wine & More and other partners — where you can find or buy Familia Es Más Vida® products. Those retailers are not owned or operated by More Life Spirits Inc., and their own privacy policies — not this one — govern any purchase or account you create on their sites.

8. Your California privacy rights

If you're a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) gives you the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, request its deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
